If you need to clarify the question, will you keep clicking on the next web link to continue the conversation? Is there a record of the original text and your responses?

Sorry it took so long to reply - I wanted to be sure I was telling it like it is.
Their messages and your messages will live together on the Text-A-Librarian website and eventually will be archived here. A patron's new message will look like a new question, so you have to follow the link to the patron's list of questions to see the conversation so-far.
