We talked about and decided:
Changes to letter to libraries and government agencies not linking to L-net
Take out double period near the end of last paragraph.
Take out http:// from 2nd paragraph (only www.oregonlibraries.net is fine)
Shrink signature, move Caleb's address to top right (like Fact Sheet)
Add sentence to 2nd paragraph
If your library doesn't have a web page, we are including information about Plinkit, a free way for Oregon libraries to get one.
Draft follow-up e-mail to letter
Letters to organizations
Keep: paragraphs 1 + 3
Change "library" to "organization": paragraphs 2,4,6
Whole new paragraph: 5 - "Can you accept referrals"?
Review cascadelink organizations/associations and identify criteria
Identify sources to identify more organizations
Encyclopedia of Associations
etc.
