Group discussed the letter drafted by Beverly and Mary that will go to city/county government Web officials (or other officials) asking to link to L-net on their pages.
Suggestions were made by all. Beverly will add suggested changes and send it out for one final approval before it goes out to the list. Emily will cross-check the list of libraries without individual websites and make sure they are current (or may have websites of which we are unaware.)

Beverly gave an overview of the IM project being done by the Generalists. Caleb reported that he has been working on an IM component for L-net for five months but sees no overlap in MCL providing its own IM services. He will look over the survey questions created by Beverly, Jennifer and Mary.

Caleb reported on the quick poll results: 56% of people who answered and reported their age as under 18. That computes to 360 of 2100 users who are adults or about 20%.

Beverly will make changes to the letter to organizations for hearing impaired. Mary will draft a letter to use as a template for marketing to targeted organizations in the future.

Next ideas
Work on more ideas for marketing to adults-how will we do this?
Expand organizations from hearing-impaired/disability groups to other organizations, possibly using the Community Organizations Directory or the database we have from programs.
