Brief overview of committee workings: Ground rules (on Wiki), minutes rotate.
Brandon will clean up Wiki before disappearing
Judy will post minutes
Brandon will post a list of what we have done and what is left to be done

Updates
Brandon:
3-panel Display for conferences – OSI can’t handle design/producing this.
Pam will ask Tracy if she’s interested or knows someone.

Pencils – OSI says they will replace pinkened pencils free.

Budget issues – June 30th end of fiscal year

Kim:
Pencils – waiting to hear from Nic
Will meet with TC Dale about marketing research (TC is a female).

Troubles getting the movie ad out – we were supposed to review. Kim offers to take this on
