The marketing Team held a brief meeting on markerting activities after
the planning meeting for the Long Term Marketing Plan.

Kim reported she had ordered promotional materials (detailed in an
e-mail). Sent Kristian Foden-etc another message. L-net ads appearing
-- pretty exciting.
Other newspaper possibilities --( from Bluebook) --East Oregonian

Brandon reported on events research she had done: Fix-it Fair March 5
(bad timing, will do a later one)
Pam said she would look into Kell's for 19th and 20th (a no-go) Northwest Pet Companion -- a possibility. April 16th

Posters, etc.:
Caleb will order posters and will research other printers than Docu-Mart We also need an 8 1/2 by 11" JPEG or PDF poster for web site for
libraries that haven't got space for the 11x17. Tracy will provide.

Tracy will talk to Caleb abt poster, and will review proof from Docu-Mart

Talked about mailing of posters and bookmarks to schools and libraries
directly from Docu-Mart.
