Discussed Caleb's survey about software and the changes made.

Survey looks good and reflects software use only. Anne and Jennifer feel the survey could/should be filled out after each session. Would like to know when this survey will take place, and how.

Discussed the "Exit Survey" Survey to libraries. Basically, the response rate is low all around, and we just need to make the most of it by asking the right questions - we will make no changes to method (pop-up) at this time. Jennifer will review the language of our exit survey.

Reftracker has a user survey that is standard with the survey.

Anne will evaluate this survey and see if we want to make any changes.

Marketing team want to know how L-net users found out about the service. We don't ask this question on our pop up survey, just on the follow up survey. Jennifer says she will work on a question to get this information from users.

Would like to discuss all demographic statistics that we currently gather and the regional idea that Michael and Caleb were working on at the next meeting. The marketing team's request was to gather as much demographic data as possible. After the next meeting we will correspond with them to see if what we are gathering is what they had in mind.
