Log on to each L-net administrator account. Use the 'oregon accounts' spreadsheet for logins and passwords. it is good to print out the spreadsheet and use it as a checklist for which accounts have been cleared. You can skip the ones in the 'SUP Only' section.

To delete : check all the boxes of the questions to be deleted. In the drop-down near the bottom, choose 'delete' and click the Arrow.

Note that Questions from other SUPs will not be deleted. You will have to page around to make sure you delete all the right questions.

Make a note about what the date was 7 and 14 days ago.

Log on to each L-net administrator account. Use the 'oregon accounts' spreadsheet for logins and passwords. it is good to print out the spreadsheet and use it as a checklist for which accounts have been cleared.

Go to active questions. Sort by updated date.

Leave new questions alone.

For pending questions, delete everything not updated in the last 14 days.

For all other questions, delete everything not updated in the last 7 days.

Go to closed questions.

Delete everything not updated in the last 7 days.
