L-net scheduling needs

color means
No one is scheduled for this shift and we really need your help!
We only have one person scheduled for this shift and she shouldn't have to work alone
We could use two or more additional librarians on this shift
We could use another librarian for this shift
We have just the right number of librarians scheduled for this shift
We have more than enough librarians scheduled for this shift

Numbers for each shift show the number of librarians regularly scheduled and expected number of librarians needed as Scheduled / Needed. For example, 1/2 means "1 librarian is scheduled but ideally we'd like to have 2".

Needs are projected based on an analysis of current and seasonal trends and limited by our available resources.

If you are thinking of changing your schedule in the future, use the latest chart to determine where you best fit in, or contact Caleb. The number of staff needed for each shift may increase or decrease depending on the time of year, but the total number of librarians assigned to each shift only change when we add new partner libraries or when we make a schedule change.
