Reimbursement for travel to an L-net event

If you are a member of the L-net advisory board or one of the L-net working teams and you travel more than 55 miles for an in-person meeting, you can be reimbursed for personal travel expenses you incur, including mileage and hotel expenses.

Criteria for reimbursement:

• You are a member of the L-net advisory board or an L-net working team.
• You travelled more than 55 miles each way to a meeting for your team.
• You are not being reimbursed by anyone else.

Instructions:

1. Fill out the one-time acknowledgement form, below, if you haven't before.
2. Fill out the reimbursement form, also below for your trip.
