top 10 most found transcripts in our conversation archive

A while ago we launched our conversation archive of transcripts that patrons said it was okay to share. It's a manual process to make them public and Emily and I haven't had much time to do it lately, but that doesn't stop people from finding them when they are on the internet.

Sometime later on, we started letting people vote on whether or not the transcript was helpful. 'No' votes cancel out 'Yes' votes, so a positive total means most people said yes and a negative total means most people said no.

Here are the top 10 transcripts in our archive, together with their 'helpfulness' and ranked by the number of times they were found by someone using an internet search engine:
