L-net Notable Transcripts

L-net's Quality Team is recognizing two Oregon librarians for high quality digital reference work while staffing the service.

The L-net Quality Team presented Notable Transcript awards to:

Jessica Marie of Tigard Public Library and Janeanne Rockwell-Kincanon of Western Oregon University Library. As an expression of appreciation, the team presented Jessica and Janeanne with bouquets of flowers and certificates. Please join us in congratulating these librarians!

Why am I still reading at 3:59 am? I dunno. It was too interesting to quit. Here I have stumbled across your blog re: digital reference, and award-worthy transcripts, and I can't read them. As am MLIS student in a ref class, I wish I could see that excellence in action. Thank you for your blog.
