To staff L-net's e-mail service, librarians need a computer with an internet connection.

To staff L-net's live chat service, librarians need a computer with an internet connection that is configured to use OCLC QuestionPoint's Flash Chat software:

Minimum requirements:

1. A web browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7, Netscape 6+, or Firefox 1.5+.
2. A high speed connection to the internet
3. Adobe-Macromedia Flash Player: Version 9 or higher
