I need help citing a web page. It's the "FAQ" page for an official Fair Trade website, and doesn't have an author or a date.
librarian: Hi Anonymous -- I'm reading your question now....
anonymous: Hi! Thanks :)
librarian: Is there a particular style you are supposed to use for your paper? MLA? APA?
librarian: other?
anonymous: I'm using APA
anonymous: There's not really a requirement though
librarian: okay let me see....
anonymous: It's whatever style we want to use so I chose APA
librarian: Anonymous -- since this is an CHAT reference I only have access to online references.... I'm checking a some sources.
anonymous: okay...do you need me to tell you what website it is I'm trying to cite?
librarian: send me the URL too...
anonymous: okay. I'm trying to cite the Fair Trade website. question before I send you the URL though...I'll probably end up citing more than one page in the website, but they're not articles, just information about the organization on different pages. Do I have to cite it more than once?
anonymous: (that's the one I'm on right now)
anonymous: what do I do if there's no author and no date? No date for an update either?
anonymous: oh wait...all I had to do was keep reading, huh?
anonymous: sorry :)
librarian: There are examples on this page for no date and for no author... Yep.... sometimes these pages are lonnnng
anonymous: great, that should be perfect. thank you so much!
librarian: welcome ! Hope you are having fun with the paper as well as working hard.
anonymous: I'm sure trying :) this is a really cool thing, being able to talk to a librarian! never tried it before :) well I'll let you go. thank yoU!!
librarian: okay --- bye! Janet
anonymous: bye!
